Ask yourself important questions:
What do I need the most right now?
Why am I not getting it?
What can I do about it?
The answer for me has been:
I am not getting it because I am too caught up with too many things to do like checking all the instagram stories, watching the youtube video etc; too much screen time at night
Became mindful and gradually STOPPED the mindless scrolling, stopped checking my phone too much because something more important than the phone is my health and sleep time.
I feel much better, I sleep much better and I am more present in my day rather than being stuck in my head all the time.
