We are sure of our path but being in the constant grind makes you feel drained


Makes you feel heavy



You want to take a break but you are resisting it



This leads to a tired mind doing half things.

Let it go miles without thinking too much where you should be, what you should be doing



Sometimes being in a different environment,



You find your breath



You let go and just be in the moment



You feel better



You feel lighter



Let your mind wander,



Sometimes that’s all you need.
