The Secret I keep telling You about

Many days I will be consumed by life

There will be little energy left in me to do something for me

I will feel tired because it is taking so long

Things are moving really slow

But if I get real with myself, sitting alone; I know the absolute truths of my life:

– Nothing moved till I did not

– Nothing changed till I did not make an effort to change it

– The only time I have is now, today

– The time I get today is the time I will get tomorrow

– Responsibilities are here to stay

– Life is happening right now

There is no secret formula to ‘get it right’

The only secret is to keep it simple;

To work hard sincerely in the time you get

To keep showing up for yourself, even on days when you don’t feel like
