Balance is not a literal balance because everyone functions differently
Balance can be gained if we know the below:
a) an awareness of what you spend your time on
b) what you should spend your time on
c) time you lose in thinking and delaying things
Next, identify your needs
identify your wants
Work more on your needs,
Because your wants will keep growing
But your needs might not,
they might be some basic things
which you keep putting off because you think you do not have time
Trust me- the time we get will never be enough
We have to make the most of it,
We have to prioritize what matters most.
