Are you able to take a break?

In the busy life, when you get a minute to yourself..what do you do?



Do you quickly scroll through Instagram or Facebook?



Do you feel overwhelmed because so much happened since you last caught up with the world (maybe just 2 hours ago)?



I have been there;



So many times!



I feel obliged to catch up



To check the messages, respond where I can



Almost like on an auto mode mentally



But that is not really ‘taking a break’



Your mind is on a constant run



Switching from ‘work’ mode to ‘social’ mode



Took me a while to figure it out



To calm it down



To really take a break



And catch up with myself,



My feelings



My body



And my mind.



That is the only break we need.
