Mindset change is about changing our current mindset to a different mindset
Many a times a mindset change is all we need to change our life!
In order for this change to happen, we first we need to know what is our current mindset?
Very broadly if I specify, we have two kinds of mindset:
1. Set Mindset or Fixed Mindset
In this mindset we are firm in the way we think.
We assume, believe, action based on what we already know.
We do not think beyond our level of current understanding
or say we do not want to.
We think it is not possible
because that is how we have been all our life so far,
so we cannot comprehend any other way of life.
This is a fixed mindset, where you fail to see or rather say you choose to NOT see beyond your current level of understanding.
2. Growth mindset
This is my kind of mindset.
A mindset where we are filled with possibilities,
We keep an open mind towards things we already know
or things we dont know yet
we have a current level of understanding about life
but deep down we know we can KNOW more, BE more, HAVE more
We are flexible in our approach towards things
If we don’t know something yet we don’t panic or feel disappointed, instead we think about it with a positive attitude,
asking ourself ”okay, this is new. no worries. I can do this”
thats a growth mindset,
an achiever’s mindset,
a determinded person’s mindset
who knows what is in front of them currently but is confident in his/her ability to grow with life as the need arises.
