How to manage the Stress on your body

You are holding your breath for way too long



There are so many important things



Let’s finish them first



Then breathe in a relaxed way



But the work keeps growing



You keep going in the focus mode where you want to finish as much work asap



You continue to rush with work and hold your breath because it feels wrong to breathe normally when so much is going on!



Finally when you are done for the day in the evening time, you try to come to normal breathing




But because your day has been so stressed



You forgot how normal feels like



Does it happen to you as well?



This is holding stress in our bodies



This is being so much in our head we forget we are a living soul- which needs time, space and lots of care



How to manage this stress on your body:



Step 1 become aware of where you are- are you here in this moment or far away in the ‘work mode’ mind?



Step 2 if you are in the work mode mind, come out of it firstly, try to focus on your breath



Step 3 repeatedly focus on your breath for a few minutes, try again till you FEEL you are HERE



Step 4 look at what is right in front of you, bring your awareness to it



Step 5 take a moment to appreciate this moment



Step 6 look around at the beauty you see- window, people, food ; anything around you



Step 7 feel your body relax as you bring your focus to your breath (step 2 and 3) + as you bring your awareness to this moment (step 4)


Repeat this process as many times you want in the day- to destress yourself



It doesn’t have to be hard, don’t make it hard.


It is within your reach to get better, for YOU
