Sometimes there is so much you want to do,
you have a plan
you know where to start/resume
you are focused
you are determined
but you are also tired
your mind is exhausted
all you want to do is rest.
catch up on some sleep
watch some ‘feel good’ movie or tv show
but the guilt of ‘not taking action’ flows over your mind
It keeps you awake
its deep rooted in your sub conscious.
After trying to do too much and draining myself,
I learnt:
– taking a break is essential not luxury
– listen to your body
– listen to your gut feeling- of this moment (you want to take a break)
– be aware of your sub conscious thoughts but also be aware of your conscious general feeling (feeling of tired)
