it is a very hard pill to swallow
but you might be knocking on a wall
don’t fight it, try to find your answers instead.
How:
- zoom out,
- evaluate the situation
- can you change it? is it in your control?
- if it is not, what is in your control?
- can you action on it?
- if yes, do it
- if no, find something you CAN do and do it
try to follow the above thought process, to move in the direction right for you at the same time keep you sane.
