How to Deal with What is Bothering You

First of all understand one thing.

It is bothering YOU, no one else can FIX it for you.

You have to fix it yourself

How:

-say aloud what is bothering you


– ask yourself why? answer to yourself


– is your answer right? do you FEEL right?


– if yes, I will elaborate further in a minute


– but if the answer does not make you FEEL right, keep asking YOU till you FEEL right

next, once your answer feels right:

– get clarity of mind


– put things in perspective


– zoom out


– get comfortable with feeling bothered


– look at the problem or issue as a whole picture


– divide it/action it based on what you CAN control


– work your way step by step;


– to reach where you can, with what you have


– you will connect more dots on the way


– eventually you will be able to action on the entire subject


– but it requires patience, consistency and absolute will power

nothing is hard if you are determined enough,
