The 2 Minute Rule

Have you ever put off tasks thinking you’ll do them later but never actually do them later ?

Don’t put them off instead take action with the 2 min rule:

When you think about this task or topic or whatever you are thinking about- that you will work on it or try to see it or do it later;

in the moment you have this thought- to action something later;

in that moment, can you action on it instead?

meaning,

in the ‘time’ you take to ‘think’ about doing something ‘later’

just actually ‘do it’ right away!

This will save you time and mental space- for more things essential for your growth.
