What is Mental clarity?

Mental clarity is another connecting pillar leading to our mindset.

Similar to Self awareness and Hope, Mental clarity also decides how we see things.

Mental clarity is a state of mind.

It is the foundation of any decisions we make,

it is the basis of anything we think about.

We are having clarity of mind IF we are able to ANSWER CLEARLY the very important questions for OUR being.

For example,

You are doing a certain type of job and you WISH to find another job to FEEL happy or accomplished.

Do you want the other job because you TRULY will FEEL happy

or

you want it because you are SUPPOSED to have that kind of job at the current level in your career?

If you have never thought about it,

it might take a while to get to a good level of mental clarity

You can start by:

– getting in the habit of questioning the usual things you do or believe


– ask yourself: are you doing this because you are SUPPOSED to do this

OR are you doing this because you WANT to do it?

ask yourself what is the measure of success for you, what have you been believing so far?

Is it really making you FEEL successful or is it something you are just SUPPOSED to feel?

The first step to mental clarity is asking yourself difficult questions,

questions you have not asked and not answered to YOU before;

questions you never thought about,

because you did not think QUESTIONING ANYTHING is possible.

Difficult questions= difficult thoughts=different perspective= feeling of growth=new level mental clarity= better mindset=better YOU
