Feeling unsettled


Do you ever feel all over the place?



Out of place?



Your mind on a constant wander?




Some possible reasons:



– You just finished some deep work



– Or ended a very busy week



You got some free time to work on your personal development goals but you can’t bring yourself to settle down



Try:

– Practicing mindfulness, be in the moment


– Deep breaths


– Connect with yourself


– Journal, try down few things you are grateful for today


– Note down some strategic ideas in your mind ( work on them later when you feel focused)



Lesson:

Time is money, even though you had so much on your mind,



Felt all over the place,



You did something for yourself today,



You did what you could by trying the above,



This is enough to succeed the day



Don’t push yourself too hard, you are doing well. Just keep going 😊
