Everything you want is very near- if you believe so
As a little girl I would imagine my future life a certain way,
Thinking once I grow up things will magically fall in place
The right way, the right time
Like we see in the movies!
None of that happened,
I grew up ‘waiting’ for the ‘right time’
Sadly the right time never arrived,
The magic did not happen by imagining it.
The magic happened when something shifted inside of me
It happened when I started thinking differently;
When I started ‘believing’ that everything I want is very near.
I have to actively go after it.
I have to consciously work for it.
My life feels fulfilled knowing everything I want is near- as long as I believe it.
